You: I’m going to a house party at 8 pm, just some friends getting together to help ease into the Winter Semester. We can meet and walk over together.
Friend: Sounds great!

Upcoming Events:
Jan 29-31 is our Winter Conference “SHIFT”. This theme for this year is “Entering the Rest of God’s Story…Exploring the Spiritual Disciplines of Sabbath and Celebration”. Our speaker, Shelley Campagnola, will be teaching us about how these spiritual disciplines help us draw close to God and learn to rely on Him in a new way. You will also get an opportunity to try them out for yourselves! Of course, that evening will also end with an amazing night of music and dancing with Christian Artist “The Runway” (Jon Corbin). All this, plus you get a chance to meet and worship with fellow students from 4 other IVCF chapters from SW Ontario, too.
The “official” SHIFT promo material will be available next week with such things as; what to pack, how to register/pay, waiver, etc.
